They came out on 4th to install my broadband but there was a problem and just had a phone call saying they have not had any updates 🙄 iv had no Internet now for 4 weeks which is ridiculous as iv been with ee since 2012 and its Christmas I have kids who are all getting ipads so I need the Internet.
Not happy at all with lack off communication really considering going with someone else as I no il be able to get Internet before Christmas if I do it now.

I am so sorry to see that there appears to be a delay in installing your broadband service.
When you spoke with the person, over the phone, did they tell you when they expect all to be sorted?
Have they arranged a follow up date for them to contact you with an update?
