@Adele45 You are the first to ask such a question, what do you have now to what you have received from EE, are you also on a digital voice connection at present, may be a reason one was sent to you with the PSTN switch off at the 31/1/2027 up and coming. Thought though EE would have reached out by an e-mail or post but you just may not have got either.
