I have been charged for my old broadband and my new broadband so it looks like my old broadband has not been cancelled

@Louloujones78 Depending on when the billing cycles are/where it can happen, but the important part is that BOTH the parties involved are aware and also that you know for certain one has informed the other, final bills are produced, over payments are returned but it all takes time, normally 6-8 weeks period....
