In June 2024 I entered into a contract with EE for TV, Landline and Broadband. I was satisfied that all my needs were met but then over a period of a month and due to problems with BT/Openreach installing a landline it went downhill. I ended up having 3 different contracts which I thought were all the same as my original one. They were not. I received a phone bill for over £80 when I thought I was on a free phone call tariff. I rang them and as a result got my free phone tariff BUT lost most of my TV package. This surprised me. Over the next 5 months and many lengthy phone calls I now have a new contract which is OK but nothing like the original one. I have received 'goodwill' payments for the phone bill and a £200 reduction on my new contract. It is very unlikely that I will renew. If you are thinking of joining EE make sure you write down specifically what your package details are and do not fall into the trap, if something goes wrong, of them saying it is easier to start a new contract, it may have been for them but not for the customer.

Hi and welcome to the community, @Jim2222
I'm sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been a positive one. I understand your post was to share this experience with other users.
Hopefully, when it comes time to renew and you do decide to give us another chance, it goes through much smoother.
Chris
