Scam?

I received a message from +447486666392 with the words EE: we  failed to renew your  network plan due to payment failure. I did not open the message. My account is up to date so I think this is a scam that EE should be made aware of. I tried to phone but there was a 20 minute wait.

Spam & scam text messages can be reported by forwarding them, free, to 7726 (SPAM on your phone's keypad)

Then delete the message
