I moved to Ee on 1-11-24. Kept BT router and was sent a new cable for it - switchover went well and internet up and running.
BT sent an email “here’s your bill”. Am unable to see it as account is closed
EE have sent text saying bill ready -when I log in I get “acc closed” message (I used to have EE mobile years ago). Unable to link device to broadband, or get on manage bill.
basically I just want to look at my last BT and first EE bills. Apps are up to date
any help?

@Choccyface The switch over is muted that you still have access to your bills etc on your MyBT app or however you login to the BT account for a further twelve months.... See link below
