BT to EE - Issue number 238 - Digital Voice Handset, can’t hear caller

So many issues… 

The latest is that our Digital Voice handset seems to be fault. 

When people call, the phone rings, you answer, but can’t hear anyone. They can hear us. 

Anyone figure a fix? Or is it a faulty device to be returned?

Hi @Glynton,

I'm sorry to see that there appears to be a problem with the handset.

Have you tried resetting it to factory settings through the Menu and then Settings?

Having same problems with BT X63_bt_HWO.3 handsets.

Phone rings, no voice either direction and solved by resetting the hub.

Absolutely flawless with my old BT Home Hub 2.

Does resetting the hub fix the issue and then it re-occurs some time later?

Thanks Roger. I finally managed to contact the right person at EE and they said it was a known fault and it needed a software update that they were working on. Things are fine now. Once again thanks for the reply.
