I ‘upgraded’ to the ee router from bt around a year ago, but since my house is quite large, the kit was worse than my old bt stuff (even with 3 extenders). So I was told to go back to using my old bt kit. This is fine but I still have black spots around the house and am unable to use the app or any of the extra features that come with it. I notice there is a new WiFi 7 router available- would this be better than the bt hub and therefore allow me to actually use the features I’m paying a fortune for?!
@what extra features are you paying for that you cannot use? You may be able to get a newer EE Router, but will possibly all be an addon cost, you wont know until you ask them or try an online upgrade to what you have now!
