I moved from BT to EE this morning. I did not get any emails from EE which i thought was strange as i needed the account number to link my broadband to the EE app. I phoned EE this evening and they said my email address had been taken down wrong hence no emails and it was not possible to resend the welcome email. I did manage to get my account number but what other info have i missed from the Welcome to EE email?

I ordered over the phone on Friday, live 3 days later..should get the EE router soon. Was not expecting such a quick turnaround. Email address is now correct but they cannot resend any previous emails ...but i have my account number so should be OK. Have linked it this evening to my BB package.

It's great to hear everything is up and running for you @talkandplay.
As @XRaySpeX mentioned, you haven't missed a massive amount in the email, other than your package details, but they will be displayed on your bill.
