BT EE Migration

I have seemingly just been moved over from BT to EE. There have been no instructions on how to do this just quite a few texts asking if I’m enjoying my package and my bill is ready. This is beyond a joke. Is there some secret on how to migrate the account or is there a secret handshake EE aren’t sharing? Need to log on to see how much time I have on my contract so I can leave.

@Campingdood No secret BT take care off it all for you, then BT to EE people just find that they have loads off problems, have to call EE to get sorted, but they have a new tool in the toolbox that may just sort it out a lot quicker...

Text GUIDE to 66033 and let them call you back, EE Guide calling or BT Guide calling normally display's on the mobile and off you go but be gentle with them and very precise, all your duck's laid out in a row...
