BROADBAND privacy warning

Why do I have a 'privacy warning' under the name of my broadband when connected to home broadband on my phone? If I click on the little i for more information I get the message as screenshotted

I have an iPhone xr. Router is smart router (we've just moved to fibre) and no to VPN.

I think it's just a false positive from Apple being over-zealous. EE's DNS are not inherently insecure. They may not be the most reliable in the world but you can always replace them in the router by reputable public DNS.
Does this msg go away if you change the Wireless Mode in the router to 2 or even 3?
