I have been an EE broadband subscriber for 2 years, for 6 months I have a TV phone and an EE card, until now I have no billing account or anything, if I miss a payment, that means I don't have money in the account and then I want to pay, I can't because I don't have the necessary data. .and every time I have to call the phone and wait 50 minutes to pay my bill

Haven't you registered your BB a/c to MyEE? There you will see your bills & will be able to set up your preferred method of payment.
What is this EE card that you have? How is it related to your BB?
