Hi all
Just transferred to EE from Vodafone; Smart Hub SH31B all working but as ever does not cover everywhere in my old house. So I want to switch back to my Draytek Vigor / Linksys Velop mesh.
EE are telling me the BB username is bthomehub@btbroadband.com with either nothing, or BT as the PW. But this does not work and elsewhere on the forums I see references to "BB Username = PRODUCTIONHQNUNdigits@FS then BB pwd = HQNPASSdigits " - which seems like it might be more personalised.
Question is - where are the details for this and what are the digits referred to please?
If, of course, this is what I need for the Linksys settings!
Many thanks
Where BB Username = PRODUCTIONHQNUNdigits@FS then BB pwd = HQNPASSdigits .
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@StigB I find your pics hard to read, but you appear to have VLAN set to 101 on both devices, it should only be on the modem - switch it off on the router and see how it goes.
The settings in the link assumes you have an inbuilt modem on the router, but where you have an external modem then you need to full fibre settings.
Edit PS if still not working remove the passord on the router.

@StigB what you were told is correct, what you found were old username/password combination which is no longer needed.
You can find more info on the using a third party router https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/using-and-configuring-a-third-party-router

Hi and thanks to both @Mustrum and @RG999
Still struggling here. I have a Draytek Vigor 167 modem configured as per:And the Velop MX4200 router configured as:
The DSL light is steady on the modem, but the router is still not getting internet. FTTC service from EE. All I have changed since it was working last with Vida is hte DSL username and password.
Thanks again for the help, much appreciated.

Ah, there's a difference. I'm on FTTP full fibre. Hope you can get that sorted.
