I have an issue with EE been trying to sort it out for over a month now and nobody seems able to fix my problem . I can not receive or make calls from home landline phone or get the package I paid for ( sky sports ) I have tried to call EE and they are full of promises to fix this but nothing gets sorted out . I can not cancel the contract without having to pay a £1000 exit fee so this is not an option . I am at a loss at what to do with them I have spent hours on my mobile phone trying to get this problem resolved .i just keep getting told it is a network problem and they will fix it but it never happens . I have no way of ringing out of receiving call . I am at my wits end with this problem and don’t know what more I can do . HELP . HELP

this is not customer services and there is no account access and no one knows who you are or what you ordered.
However if you give the broadband care team a call they will be able to help.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
