Hi EE,
I would like to check on the status of my contract with you. I signed it on September 14th at an EE store, and I was told that my internet connection would be set up within 4-5 days. However, I’m still waiting for the installation of my router, and I haven’t received any calls or messages regarding this.
As I understand, I have 14 days to decide about this contract, but those days will soon expire without an internet connection being set up. Could you please let me know how I can check the status of my connection and what steps I need to take?

@tonitobigger If you need to check the contract you will find it via the help above, if you setup your EE ID for your account connection, then details would be available if you look in your account.
