Hi I have just been transferred to ee from bt and set up Alexa to ee to answer calls and receive calls but my problem is Alexa announces incoming calls but my mobile or landline does not ring and I ask Alexa to answer but it won’t and this is happening a lot it’s stopping me answering calls any help would be appreciated
