Hi i got offered a black friday deal for air pods 4 for 1 pound if i renewed my broadband with them i did so  but  no one seems to be able to help me so...   can  any one gelp me

You should have received a code 15-30 days to your e-mail address which you then redeem by logging into the EEID your broadband is linked with and applying the code at checkout. The code can be redeemed up until 31/1/2026. 

If you've not received this email then you'll need to give our team a call so they can send off a webform in order for you to be able to complete this claim.

Hi i have done all this spoken to numerous ppl  had the code tried it  foned  ppl i am at my wits end with this  one guy said  i had two emails one google one gmail he said he sorted all under gmail and put through anemail to a department they wld call   nothing 🙃 i need help  

Hi the person that i spoke to who knows about offer was called keeron.  gave him code and he said he pass it on  and i get a call
