Is anyone else having problems getting into their account, tried both broadband and mobile but for weeks keep getting the same old message. There is a problem and we are working hard to fix it.

@Daveboi1970  have you called customer services about this ?   I recommend you do and request an account reset.  This sometimes happens after account maintance and EE don’t know who has this issue so can’t just rectify it without you calling for an account reset. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
