Absolult useless app and website

Anyone knows how can look up my account number? Nothing on the app or website if call stuck in same loop need account number or land-line. Don't know any of it. Any number actually someone pick up the phone???

For A/c no. look at top of your bill.
For landline no. dial 1470 17070 & it'll announce it.

@Akosleidl75 Look at your anyone of your bills as that has the account number on it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
