As part of the offer of up to £300 switch  to ee, I've been able to receive early charges for broadband. But now trying for costs of tv package costs from sky, I'm being told its only for broadband switch , is this true ?

Please explain how your charges were covered by EE. I am finding a problem with them holding up their end of the bargain asking for all kinds of paperwork that sky will not provide.

I also feel like I’ve been miss sold. I am writing letter to Obundsman

I am having the same issue. I feel like EE are trying to make things difficult in order to not pay the switching fee. Have you resolved this issue yet?

I have had the exact same problem as you. EE are trying to get out of paying the termination charges by making things difficult. I feel like I have been miss sold as was promised that this would be taken care of at time of switching and was my ONLY reason for switching to EE!

Have you resolved this issue yet?

Hello

I am having same issue with EE. Did you write to Obundsman? Did you get the issue resolved?

@Joannawhittaker Up to you but the ombudsman will take no notice you should though go fully EE complaints!

Hi

I tried several times and they refused to pay. My local.shop is useless, great service getting you to sign up and then hopeless after. I've taken the hit and learnt the lesson. I'll be waiting till the final month before switching services again. Probably just keep the mobile phone with them and as soon as the contract appears to run out leave for broadband and tv packages elsewhere.

@Nat1235 You will also have to consider if any mobile discount's are all packaged together with all your services, one gone all will be gone!

@Joannawhittaker Have you paid all the money due to the other provider for the charges that were applied when you changed over, that is your responsibility to do that. the EE will scrutinise the bill to see exactly the overcharge that was required to be paid and once worked out and IF they agree then refund is applied as a credit back to your account! This all takes time as they are NOT in the job of giving there cost's away willy nilly!
