£300 switch from sky tv & broadband to ee

As part of the offer of up to £300 switch  to ee, I've been able to receive early charges for broadband. But now trying for costs of tv package costs from sky, I'm being told its only for broadband switch , is this true ?

I sent them the bills several times. Firstly it was the wrong bill then they said aside was with BT they wouldn't pay. I had the TV with Sky and switched to EE. It didn't matter what I said they weren't having any of it. I made several complaints and still got nowhere. I had other things to worry about. In the end I justified the cost to myself with the savings I make over the term of my contract. I have told people though not to switch and all my neighbours have gone with virgin!

Nor should they! Moving TV w/out BB to EE is not covered for EE paying its exit fees. See Switch Broadband to EE and we'll pay your leaving fee:

I have warned all my friends, colleagues and neighbours not to switch. I feel like I’ve been scammed. 

I am doing that too. At this point it’s about principle and not the money- I feel like I’ve been scammed and lied to during the selling process. 

It’s not a ‘refund’. It was ‘sold’ to me and EE covering the cost of the Sky charge was sole reason why I decided to switch at this time otherwise I would have waited out my contract.   I did not expect that I was going to be 300 pounds out of pocket 3 months before Christmas. 

Complaint made and I doubt the team will be in touch 

They are looking for ways to make it difficult and not to pay so you get bored and forget about it. 

Broadband from Sky 

I had my sky broadband termination charges refunded by ee. 
At the time of switching my sky tv, I was told  tv costs would be refunded also. Now to be told charges are not covered. 
I will be visiting the shop tomorrow to make a formal complaint!
