3 x Extenders no longer reboot to aqua

Hi, I've spent a whole day trying every combination I can find online and nothing is working.  I have an EE 7 Pro Hub and 3 x externders.  Been working fine for many months, but stopped working when I turned on the compatable wifi.  All 3 extenders behave the same way.  I have factory reset all four units and tried repairing them.  As soon as I turn one of the extenders off to move it, it goes back to flashing orange.  Even the wonders of AI couldn't seem to help me.

Help appreciated!

@KGillett Sounds like when you turned on the Comp WiFi feature then all off the Extenders just could not take that and update themselves with the Main/Comp and fell over at that point, as you have Factory reset everything you more than likely will have to start from scratch again.

Thanks for the quick replies @XRaySpeX / @JimM11 .

I found a way of getting it working, having read through the thread above.  The nuggest was buried in the replies and a prior suggestion from Copilot helped too.

I plugged each extender in via ethernet cable until they were aqua and showing up in hub manager.  I renamed them and saved the name change.  After a few minues I turned off the hub and the extender whilst moving the extender.  When I turned both back on the extender found the hub and went aqua.  I did this 3 times for each extender.  Working well now.

Up until this point, whatever I did just didn't stick and the extenders always came back flashing amber and stayed that way.

Thanks!

I did the reset earlier today but just couldn't get the extenders to stick on reboot.  Only renaming them and moving them with the hub off seems to have done the trick.  It was mentioned in one of the thread's replies and sorted it for me.

@KGillett As long as you have them back online that is what is required, glad the posted link was off some help and to what others have done as work arounds to get them going.
