I've seen the subject covered elsewhere but not answering my specific question...
I have recently taken a full fibre connection
I have 2 pre-existing sim-only contracts
I know I'm expecting a 20gb data boost as a result of the fibre connection which should be available within 30 days of the fibre connection going live
How do I know when it's available? There's no obvious place where I should look
I dont have the 'Family Usage' option on the app - will it suddenly appear when the 20gb is made available?

Are your mobiles on contract or PAYG?
The boost should be available to the mobile you nominated when ordering BB at the next billing date after 30 days after your BB went live.

They're both contract. I wasnt given the option to nominate a mobile when I took out the BB contract

Didn't it ask for your EE mobile no.? That'll be the 1 being boosted.
