Welcome to the EE Community

If you sign up to Netflix with your EETV package, during activation you would enter the Netflix account details, e-mail address and password, you want to activate the EE subscription on. If you currently have a subscription direct with Netflix on that account already, we will just take it over automatically you do not need to cancel separately. 

If you have an existing subscription to Netflix through a third party provider that would need to be cancelled separately. We have a help page on Netflix via EETV that you may find some more useful information on.

If you're paying Netflix directly as well as on your EE account. Please log into the Netflix account and you should have the option to cancel the subscription. If you have any problems, please give us a call and our EE TV guides can get the subscription looked into for you.
