I have done the installation set up for my iPhone 7 inserted the SiM (nano) but still have no service because the it is still tied to the sim in my old phone which receives calls and texts. WHAT SHOULD I DO

@tommytune1942   Does your old Sim fit in your new phone if it does just put that in it.

Many thanks. I think with the aid of the Community that i have managed to activate my new Sim. Should know within a few hours but failing that I will try and put the old Sim .
