i cancelled my account as i now live in spain. I rang the following day to unlock my second phone which I bought march 2020. Agent told me it would take ten days and she would email me an unlock code. It never happened. It is still not unlocked and I cant contact ee by phone on 0800 numbers from spain. Just spent an hour waiting for online help, lost the will to live.

Hi @KarenS2
What kind of phone is it that you've asked to be unlocked? Have you checked your spam/junk folder in case the email made its way there?
Chris
