how can i unlock my device I have forgot the password

@Vini88   You mean gain access to it.   You’ll need to restore the device back to factory settings. ( Google )   You’ll loose all information on the device is you don’t have a current back up of that device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

it doesn't give me the option , he is asking me for the password
