I have just topped my phone `pay as you go` but still says I need to `top up`. Called 150 but says I need to `top up`. Can`t find how to contact online as I just keep coming to page where it is asking if I want to leave.

I just get `error` but reading other comments my phone has gone into `hibernation` so this may be the problem. My own fault so I don`t expect the get my topup money back but thanks for your help.

I sent a letter explaining situation (gave them an alternative number). Received a call and they are reinstating my number.
Thanks for replies to my problem I now know how to avoid this situation.
