hi everyone,
my friends sim card hasn't been used for 2 months, its a pay as you go line, he checked his sim card the other day and realized that there was no network. after 2 months would it be possible to recover that number?

Hi @juliansigs
Welcome to the community
The hibernation policy that is the most common cause of PAYG accounts being disconnected, doesn't kick in until 6months of no chargeable use. If this is genuinely 2months, there may be another reason.
Take a read of the help page I've linked to, and see whether that could be the reason. If not, does another EE phone work in the same location?

Hi @juliansigs,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
That's great advice from @bristolian. Do you know if the most recent usage was just for incoming, non chargeable use?

in other words the notion a "suspended" SIM can be reactivated is a myth.
Perhaps it'd be an idea to give customer services the heads up on this
