sim card order

Ordered nano sim for new phone on 28th Feb 2021 as current sim too big. Paid the £1.50 charge but still not arrived. Supposed to be posted within 2 days.

Have new phone waiting but cant use it.

Where is it?

@Di17  I highly recommend you call customer services as you should’ve had this even if it is sent out via second-class. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
