saying thanks

Hi I have not been here for quite awhile but I know it is always good to have a thank you when you have been helped. I was shocked the other week when I saw that my monthly plan was going to be increased by A LOT. I searched on line and saw deals so much cheaper but decided to give EE a call about the amount. I am so glad that I did. It was not as cheap as some but much better than had been planned. I would like to thank the 2 people I spoke to, a chap (but I forgot the name) who was calm and put me through the the right department. The other person is Danella (I think). She managed to reduce the cost. I was expecting it to increase but not to that level. So please anyone who has their plan increased massively ring before you ACTUALLY change provider.
