ive had the s21 ultra for less than a week and having the following issues
facebook, cod mobile, ebay among other apps crashing weather on wifi or mobile data no error messages just closing app or springing back pages.
phone getting extremely hot to the point i have to put it down and is impossible to take calls as it burns my face.
so far im not impressed
have tried unistall and reinstall as well as full reset checking settings etc.
EEs Response was must be issue with app contact play store.
paying around £70 per month could have kept old phone and glued it to an iron for the same affect.
hopping someone can help

Hi @Adonze
Mine doesn't overheat, it does get warm because if the material, but if it's crashing then something isn't right. Contact EE on 150 and ask for an exchange.
Thanks

If yours doesnt crash or overheat, then you are about the only one!
Mine only overheats in the camera. Gets horribly hot. Also Facebook is constantly crashing.
The Samsung members chat area is full of people with the same issues.
Assuming a software update will sort it soon.

Hi @Tehstiggles
Mine was from Samsung direct.
The camera module gets hot after prolonged use but not boiling, given the camera mechanisms and material I wasn’t surprised. As I have a skin case I don’t notice it much. There will be an update to fix this I'm sure.
As for facebook I binned that app off as it has always caused problems. I use friendly, don’t see any issues although I don’t use facebook much.
Thanks,
