i have tried for a while now and keep getting this problem when i try to upgrade even though website says i can upgrade and ive also text up to 150 and still says i cn upgrade but cannot
it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.

Give CS a call on 150 and you can upgrade via them. They can also look at your account for any problems.
