Good Afternoon,
I have EE perks attached to my MOD email address through the Defence Discount Service. My previous discounted contract ran out in Apr 20 and I went on the DDS to get a new code and the email was sent to my work email. As I've not been able to go into work the account has been deactivated as the registration was not completed within the allowed time frame. I've tried to re-register but it just says the email/number has already been registered. I cannot see a way of resetting this. I've tried speaking to EE customer service and they were not able to help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes when I try to register again it tells me an account is already in use with these details, I tried with another email address but get the same response.

Hi there,
I'm having exactly the same issue with my account being deactivated and I'm having no joy in reactivating it.
I spoke to customer services for almost an hour today and they were unable to fix the issue.
Can someone provide some assistance if possible.
