@Lasarabia84  Did you give notice to terminate this if it was a contract?  If you did when was that contract meant to end as you would have to pay off the remaining term of the contract to the minimum term date.

no one here can terminate this for you you will have to call customer services to give notice yourself. You’ll then be told how much it will be to terminate the contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris

yes I did it is not a contract it's a sim card but the last person I spoke to I explained to him I was leaving the country and I asked what I have to do to cancel it and he told me that I don't have to do anything as it won't be charged automatically because my card details were already removed and it was going to be canceled automatically.

Thank you for the reply

Is it a pay as you go SIM card, @Lasarabia84?

If so, you need to text STOP PACK to 150 to cancel the recurring payment. Since you're abroad, it might be easier to stop it through My EE.

If you'd like to discuss this further, I'd suggest calling our Mobile Care team. You can find our contact information, including an international number, on our get in touch help page.
