So I signed up for xbox game pass via the app. As I had 12 months free, I went to log in my account to be told my outlook account had been closed due to suspected activity, I changed my password as told and now it says I no don't have a subscription even though I signed up for it. I even texted 150 to see if I could get a new link but nothing. Am slightly annoyed
Have you tried speaking to Microsoft about this? They may be able to help add the 12 month game pass from their side, if they can see you tried to redeem the one through us.
