ordered upgrade online- now saying no order

I ordered a phone upgrade online, got a confirmation email however when not recieved a dispatch email, spoke to someone on the chat and said there is no order outstanding. Very unhappy with this and cannot get through to speak to someone on the phone line. Is there another way to contact them to find out what happened to my order?

Hi, I finally managed to get through.
The phone went out of stock when I ordered it but I didn’t get told this. I have ordered another phone which hopefully has gone through. I do think that if this happened the customer needs to be told as if I didn’t check I could have been waiting for a phone that was never turning up.
