no update for delivery - Enjoy

Hi Guys,

 

I am currently waiting for my new phone, ordered yesterday because mine started to play up.

 

My phone is now not working at all and I'm waiting for a call/text from Enjoy to confirm delivery for the new one today.

 

I can't receive any of these so is anyone able to advise what to do? I have called EE and they seem to think that Enjoy will just send the phone back to them without attempting to deliver because of this and that there is no way of calling Enjoy directly?...

 

I need the phone for work purposes, can someone advise whether it will be today or not?

Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.

 

I'm sorry but we don't have access to your account/order here in the community. 

 

If the delivery does fail, I recommend re-ordering through our upgrades team so that they can take a different contact number for you or try and put on a special instruction on the delivery.
