new sim card not working

i ordered a new sim card because i didn’t like the pack on my old one but it’s not working, every time i try to register it it doesn’t work. i had it in for about a day and switched to my old one because it kept saying i had not signal and nothing worked. i don’t know what to do with it

Did you order a new pay as you go SIM with a new number?

i ordered it from the ee website and it was pay as you go with a new number

If you give us a call on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone, our Pay as you go Care team will get this looked into for you and help you with the SIM card.
