linking applyTV to my smart benefit

I have the Apple TV smart benefit added to my account, but how to I activate this?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If you log into your My EE app and select add-ons, do you have Apple TV Plus showing as your Smart Benefit?

No, I haven't, I've tried texting SMART and TVPLUS to 150, but I just get error message texts back.
