im due a upgrade and wanted to give the new phone to a family member who works in the nhs and is in desperate need of a new phone but cant afford 1 they are on EE.
i want to keep my old phone as i like it and its in as new condition
@zantoz67 You are not allowed to sell/give away the device for the first 6 months. But I’ve never ever known EE to take any action if you did. Your number is on the SIM card so as long as you keep the sim in your own phone your all good.
