I've got a PAYG phone without a online account, the sim card is damaged and I have been posted a replacement I have tried to do PAC and STAC from my new number to keep my old no but obviously I think this needs to be the other way around.  short of visting a shop or phoning is there any advice anyone can give

@eileen10 : If you ordered a replacement SIM you have the same no. You should be able to text PAC or STAC from any no as long as you have only 1 no. under you a/c. Otherwise you need to phone CS for your PAC or STAC.
