iwatch series 6 40mm £18 per month, anyone else having problems with EE?

So,

I placed two separate order’s for series 6 watches on Thursday morning. One was the 40mm aluminium and the other was 44mm in stainless steel. 

I got the emails to confirm my orders and then later on received a “contact us” email about the 40mm I had ordered, somehow my order had given me a 10% line discount making the monthly plan £18 so when I phoned to confirm details with EE the guy had to ask the manager if it was ok to authorise and process which was okayed. 

anyway having heard nothing about my watches i checked the tracking and the 40mm had been changed to an SE!!!!! Having wasted nearly an hour on the phone tonight I was shocked and appalled by the level of service I’ve received. No interest in seeing the email confirmation I had for the watches which states series 6 40mm even EE confirmed this, I would have been happy with an apology and explanation to the mishap but I ended up cancelling in the end. 

So for the stainless steel I had ordered it was cancelled on Thursday by EE themselves “because they thought it was a mistake” 

 

never had any issue with EE in all of the years I’ve been with them, until now. 

so if anyone is still waiting for their watches I’d advise you to phone incase they’ve been cancelled.

I'm so sorry to hear of your order experience and that you've cancelled the order. Were they not able to correct the order to the correct watch?

No you couldn’t without charging me more!

Did they say why, @Berffro?

 

I don't quite understand. Was it to do with the 10% discount or was the price on the website a mistake?

 

To upload an image you'd have to blank out any of your information, including banking information.
