iphone not making or receiving calls

Hello

 

My iPhone 7 on EE won’t make or receive calls. When I dial out i get silence (but looks like call connected), or it rings and immediately disconnects on answer. When I receive a call I can see it, but disconnects as soon as I try to answer.

 

Same problem with FaceTime and WhatsApp calling. Signal shows good and I have data/Wi-Fi working. I’ve tried all the recommended iPhone fixes (airplane mode/do not disturb/resets) but nothing working.

 

Is it possibly a problem with my EE network settings? Or is the phone the issue?

@Henry19  if this is over cellular data and Wi-Fi and various apps is definitely not the EE network.  Have you tried factory resetting your device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
