How can I get order number without xko? Thanks for an anwser

@xgregx1982   What ?  An XKO is the start of an order number 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I think he means an order number that works on the online order tracker. I only have a Xko number and it doesn't work I'm not too fussed though

If you phone them or send them messages on their online chat(which is what I’ve done), they should be able to give you your order number.
