iphone 12 pro max

hi i ordered a iphone 12 pro max graphite 128gb yesterday on the phone it says phone will be delivered today but tracking doesent work and i havent had a text from dpd either can someone help find out about my delivery thanx also the upfront money was taken from my account the same time as my order was done over the phone im hearing alot of bad things about advisors lying about stock ? hope this isnt true

It was the 12 Pro Max 256GB in Silver. In stock when I ordered it on Friday (second order as there were numerous issues with the first made end of November) then order 'got stuck in system' and lo and behold it's now out-of-stock.

 

That order has now been cancelled apparently and a new one in Graphite has been ordered.

 

I've outlined the whole case in a longer post but it keeps getting deleted for some reason and sorry - i've no longer the will to keep posting it.

The latest as of today is that I'm no further forward. Which is hardly a surprise. Old order cancelled on Tuesday, new one put through for a colour 'in stock' and was promised would be out to me on the same day and then nothing.

 

I hasten to add this is all under a complaint so a manager was in theory dealing with it but he's stopped responding and every time EE promise to call me with an update they fail to do so.

 

I've never ever had such a poor experience and you don't seem able or willing to sort it out.

@Christopher_G   oh and the i've just had an SMS to say that the case that the manager opened has been closed. So effectively you're washing your hands of it. Great. 

 

And an extra special xmas touch...the manager who's supposedly dealing with the case is now off until boxing day, according to his 'out of office'. You could not make this up.

Hi @Christopher_G   You said someone would be in touch with me to discuss my issue. That's not happened. Neither has anyone been in touch from earlier in the week regarding the complaint case as promised.
