I have 2 lines on my iPhone XS, my personal number on the SIM and business number on an eSIM.
If a text message is sent to the eSIM whilst that line is switched off, I never receive the message once it has been switched back on.
I thought this would be a good solution for carrying my business number on the same handset as my personal but now realise that after a weeks holiday, I have never seen or have access to any messages sent to me during that period.
Obviously, if you switch a phone off with a regular SIM inside, you will have all messages pushed through once the handset is switched back on. Is this the way the eSIM works or do I have a fault or incorrect setting?

Good Morning @lukeohsmith.
Thanks for coming to the community.
I would recommend speaking with our technical care team regarding this.
eSIM can be used alone so I believe you should receive texts when the line is switched off.
Please let me know how you get on,
Katie :)
