Hi. I have an iPhone XS on Pay Monthly with EE. I have Wifi Calling enabled in my settings but it never works / shows / comes up with the icon like it used it? My previous iPhone 7 it showed it almost 100% of the time due to living in an area with poor signal.
How can I make sure it’s on and working? Struggling to make out going calls from my home so I think the wifi call feature is genuinely not working. Thanks

WiFi-calling is designed to only kick-in when your mobile signal is either minimal or zero. It's also reliant on your home WiFi being of a suitable speed & latency.
Probably the best test you can try is to switch flight mode on (to force zero mobile coverage) and then enable WiFi individually and by itself. That should prove the service working one way or the other.
If it fails to kick in then, I'd suggest restarting your phone and router, and also make sure you're able to use other phone functions over the same WiFi network.

Tried is worked straight away. At least I know it’s working, maybe my signal is a little better then I thought. Thank you!
