4GEE Home Router - wireless printing

Hi,

just purchased 4GEE home router and have been setting up, I’m unable to print wirelessly from my laptop to HP printer. Laptop is fully up to date, when I try to print it comes up error but it scans fine. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled printer drives. The only way I’ve not tried is manually as I do not have the following:

1. Router gateway address

2. Subnet mask

3. Gateway field
Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Dunno what is.

However I can't see this is gonna help you as for a WiFi connection all you need is the WiFi SSID & pwd.

Also if the scanner function of an AIO printer is working it can't be a network issue.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Does printing work if you plug in the printer directly to the laptop?

When I got my 4GEE router I just went into the printer wifi settings, input the router password and confirmed.  It has worked fine ever since.
