I ordered mine, 13 Pro Max 256GB Graphite on 20/10/2021 and it still says awaiting confirmation for delivery date.

 

The lack of communication is terrible. My PAC code from my old network expires next week.

Hi @PL77,

 

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. We'll send you a text with tracking details as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order.

 

If your PAC code expires before your new phone arrives, please contact your current service provider to request a new one.
